OUR TEAM

CTG EDUCATION comprises a dedicated team of instructors and course developers.
Working in the exciting world of nutrigenomics means there is always a lot to learn.
Team members attend the best the international academic community has to offer,
and where possible, they take the opportunity to teach, run workshops
and master classes, and present at conferences.

Despite living on different continents, we have been able to bring together our unique expertise and experience to build this course. By joining together our knowledge we have been able to build not only a solid biochemical and molecular foundation, but we are also able to provide what is often the missing link, the practical application of nutritional genomics.

Our Team

These internationally acclaimed nutrition academics and dietitians have expertise and experience in Human Genetics, Molecular Biology, Nutritional Genomics, Dietetics, Functional Nutrition, Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Systems, and Culinary. Together they have over 40 years experience in all aspects of Nutrigenomics, especially the implementation of Nutrigenomics into clinical practice. They have significant experience in teaching Nutrigenomics and nutrition at a post-graduate level, present regularly at Nutrigenomic and nutrition conferences, and are published authors. The course content will be taught at a Masters level, and all course content will be fully referenced.
